NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT BY YOU OF ANY KIND WILL NOT RESULT IN INCREASED CHANCES OF WINNING. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

You must register using your real name and email address. If you are redeeming a prize, you will need to enter your real name, address, and phone number. You may only register once for yourself. You also may not create accounts for other people, including but not limited to friends, family, classmates and coworkers.
Employees and directors of PlumChoice Inc., along with its affiliated entities, parent, and subsidiaries; advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies; legal advisors; as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee and director are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of PlumChoice, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
PlumChoice offers two ways to win prizes:
PlumChoice users enter the Instant Winner contest by having a Free Consult service performed, and registering their real name and email address. PlumChoice will award a different number of prizes for the sweepstakes monthly.
Prizes will be awarded based on random, computer-generated customer number index. To accept the prize, you must follow the directions on the page within 10 days of receiving the winning notification. You will then be instructed to provide us with relevant information to determine your eligibility and to award you the prize. Prizes which are not claimed within ten (10) days of award will be forfeit.
If you win a prize through our month-end sweepstakes, you may do so only one time in a calendar year.
Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. PlumChoice may disqualify at its sole discretion any entries it believes are created by an automated system. PlumChoice may disqualify at its sole discretion any entries it believes are not legitimate. PlumChoice is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, profane, nonsensical, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, all of which may be disqualified. PlumChoice is not responsible if Entrant's computer, software, or internet connection is incompatible with any elements of the PlumChoice Service, or malfunctions, thus either preventing Entrant from a valid entry or claiming a prize. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to conduct a search will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to verify that they are indeed the authorized account holder.
If you receive notification that you have won a prize, you have 10 days to respond to PlumChoice in order to claim prize. If the prize is not claimed within the allotted time of response, you will not be awarded the prize. If you win, you have an obligation to continue complying with all terms and conditions of these Sweepstakes Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. All potential winners may be required to sign or authorize and return to PlumChoice, within 10 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility, proof of eligibility, and liability/publicity release in order to claim prize. PlumChoice is not responsible for computer technical difficulties or interruptions in internet service of potential winners, and is not responsible for reply emails not received within the allotted time. Potential winners who do not receive a response from PlumChoice should assume that the communication was not properly received by PlumChoice.
Except where prohibited, winners participating in the Sweepstakes consent to have PlumChoice announce winner's first name and last initial, and city and state of residence without further payment or consideration for winner.

Winner agrees that by receiving any prize, winner will release and hold harmless PlumChoice and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to product liability, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any failure of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical difficulties of any kind, including but not limited to regular maintenance, software upgrades, addition of new features, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention outside of PlumChoice's control during any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
If for any reason your entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, your sole recourse is to enter the Sweepstakes again.
PlumChoice reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, including but not limited to the occurrence of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor outside of PlumChoice's reasonable control which impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. PlumChoice reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Sweepstakes Rules or in a bad faith or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, PlumChoice reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. PlumChoice's failure to enforce any term of these Sweepstakes Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Winner is responsible for all taxes.
Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States District Court for Massachusetts as contracts entered into in that state, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Billerica in the State of Massachusetts and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Rules, or your and PlumChoice's rights and obligations in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Massachusetts or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Massachusetts.
