Alan from Kingston, NH "I had an appointment with a service tech in order to try to alleviate problems on my computer. Mark Nelson called promptly at 8:00 on the dot, and began the diagnosis and treatment of my computer's illnesses. The computer had several symptoms, including taking a very, very long time to load websites, timing out while trying to load websites, and "locking up" so that I had to re-boot to get back on line. Mark "took control" of my computer, and began to run several anti-virus... ...program and scans. When he was done, I had my computer BACK!! It was (and still is) performing the way it is supposed to!! Mark was GREAT! He is personable, smart, careful, and explained what he was doing, so that I could follow along! Everything that he did seemed to work. He really knows his stuff, and made a believer out of me! I am thrilled with the results, and the time and costs were very much worth my efforts!
