Next, click on Temporary Internet Files and using Ctrl and A select all items in the file list and press DEL key
Note: If at any time while you are attempting to delete these files you receive an error message as seen in the picture below, click 'ok' to close the error message and proceed.
On the files list, while holding down the Ctrl key, click once on the first file on the list to de-select it. Press the DEL key on your keyboard and delete the remaining files in the file list.
Note: To completely remove all your temp files you have to empty all the folders under each profile (username) under Documents and Settings. Each Profile has their own set of Cookies, History, Temp and Temporary Internet Files.
