Step 2
Next go to the 'Tools' menu and choose 'Folder Options'. Click on the 'View' tab to view all the folder options .
On the View tab, choose 'Show hidden files and folders' and uncheck 'Hide protected Operating System files (Recommended)'.
Select 'Apply' and then 'OK' to close 'Folder Option' window.
Next, you will find 'Local Settings' under your profile and click on the + to expand the subfolders. Note subfolders: Application Data, History, Temp and Temporary Internet Files.
Click on History and using Ctrl and A select all items in file list and then press the DEL key.
Click on Temp and using Ctrl and A select all items in the file list and press DEL key.
