You can also pre-purchase 60, 180 or 300 SmartMinutes and save them in your account for anytime use. The more you purchase, the more you save! Simply send an email to billing@plumchoice.com and let us know how many SmartMinutes you would like to purchase (60, 180 or 300). Please allow 24 hours to process your request. You can view your pre-paid/earned minutes when you log in to your account.

• Minimum 15 minute support increments
• Support for Windows 98 or newer operating systems (currently no online support for Apple Macintosh)
• Accept Terms of Service
• A service appointment fee of $25 will be charged to your credit card at the time of your appointment unless appointment is cancelled a minimum of two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This amount will be credited to your service fees at close of service or converted to minutes and added to your account if the appointment is missed.
