With a PlumChoice Savings Plan you can pre-purchase computer support minutes and save them in your account for anytime use. The more you purchase, the more you save!

Pre-purchase one (1), three (3) or five (5) hour increments for online computer support. Access your saved support minutes at home, while traveling or at the office. Quickly get help with a slow pc, email problems, virus issues, spyware (pop-up) removal and protection, error messages and much more.

For customers with accounts: To pre-purchase minutes and add them to your account, please send a request to billing for:

1 hr (60 minutes) for $80
3 hrs (180 minutes) for $225
5 hrs (300 minutes) for $365

Please allow 24 hours to process your request. You can view available pre-paid/earned minutes in your account.

This amount will be credited to your service fees at close of service or converted to minutes and added to your account if the appointment is missed.
