Media Alert: PlumChoice® Founder and Chairman, Ted Werth, to Discuss Technical Support, Customer Service, and the Lifecycle in the Digital Home at CONNECTIONS™ Summit

What: Parks Associates, an internationally recognized consumer electronics market research and consulting company, hosts the CONNECTIONS™ Summit to provide C-level insights on digital living, from connected devices and Smart TV to digital content and multiple platforms to value-added services, new roles for service providers and monetization strategies. The Summit takes place at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which is sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association, the preeminent trade association promoting growth in the $186 billion U.S. consumer technology industry. "Technical Support, Customer Service, and the Lifecycle in the Digital Home" is one of five panels at the CONNECTIONS™ Summit.

Who: Ted Werth, Founder and Chairman of PlumChoice, will participate in the panel discussion with other technology and support sector leaders. Mr. Werth brings years of networking, engineering and entrepreneurial experience to his present role as well as unique insights from decades of experience building consumer loyalty and generating revenue growth via a customer-centric, end-to-end Service 2.0 approach to technology care.
