Tific Announces Renewal of Click 'n Fix Licensing Agreement with
AVG Technologies

One-Click Problem Resolution Is Powered by Tific, a Subsidiary of PlumChoice

BILLERICA, MA – (December 20, 2011) – Tific, a global support automation solutions company, today announced the renewal of their Click 'n Fix licensing agreement with AVG Technologies (AVG), a leading provider of Internet and mobile security. Tific is a subsidiary of PlumChoice, Inc., a pioneer in the delivery of remote technical services in the next-generation Service 2.0 model. The licensing renewal enables the companies to continue to build customer satisfaction through enhanced AVG customer support using the Tific Click 'n Fix solution. The solution automatically remediates common, recurring technical issues.

The Tific and AVG partnership allows customers who visit AVG's support page to simply select embedded Click 'n Fix options to automatically address technical issues rather than taking complex manual steps to remedy problems. Since the initial implementation of the licensing agreement, AVG has recorded 10,000 clicks per month and expects the number of users to continue to grow as AVG adds more solutions that empower customers to resolve issues automatically.
