Mr. Proulx, a co-founder of Intuit, Inc. and author of the Quicken? financial software program, is also the Chairman of Netpulse LLC, the creator of the Internet Powered Workout.

Mr. Proulx currently serves as Chairman of Netpulse, LLC, the creator of the Internet Powered Workout and a BusinessWeek Best Product of 1999 finalist. The company produces touch-screen computers that affix to cardiovascular equipment at health clubs, thus enabling users to surf the web, watch personal TV, and listen to music while exercising. Among his professional honors, Mr. Proulx has been a recipient of the Inc.
