He played a key role in the growth and globalization of Monster, helping to take the company from $20 million to $1.1 billion. Dan has over 20 years of financial experience in both public and private companies. Prior to joining PlumChoice, Dan was the CFO of Intermute Software, Inc., an internet security software company, where he was a key member of the executive team responsible for all finance and administrative functions of the organization including treasury, contract negotiations and human resources. Dan led the company through a successful sale to Trend Micro, Inc. Prior to Intermute, Dan was the CFO of Data Becker, an early stage consumer software company, where he was responsible for all financial, operational, and administrative functions. Dan started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a certified public accountant in the state of Massachusetts. Dan has a BA from Saint Michael's College and an MS/MBA from Northeastern University.
About Fred King, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Fred has more than two decades of successful management experience in establishing and building highly responsive, customer-focused businesses, and brings an extensive background in the Fortune 1000, Internet and web-based businesses to his role. Most recently, Fred served as the vice president and general manager of Exclaim's consumer, reseller and related Web service lines of business. He held key relationships with Adobe, Disney, Earthlink and many other companies domestically and internationally.
