BILLERICA, Mass., June 6, 2007 —PlumChoice (www.plumchoice.com), the nation's leader in remote technology services for the home and small office, announced today the additions of Steve Moore and Steven Willis to its Board of Advisors, two highly successful innovators and business executives in the technology and services arena. Messrs Moore and Willis will provide insight and counsel on matters critical to the company's continued growth and development.
"It is exciting for me to be involved with PlumChoice at a time when technology is being integrated into all aspects of consumer products," said Moore. "Recognizing that consumers' patience has run out when it comes to slow and inefficient technical support, PlumChoice has developed an innovative and effective way to get technical help to the consumer, significantly improving the customer experience and increasing loyalty and sales for the major channel partners they represent."
Moore and Willis join PlumChoice's growing board of distinguished advisors and directors, which also includes Bruce Cohen, Principal, Bruce L. Cohen and Associates and a founder of Chipcom Corporation; Joseph G. Hadzima, Jr., Managing Director, Main Street Partners; and Thomas A. Proulx, co-founder of Intuit and creator of Quicken.
"It's a tremendous vote of confidence in PlumChoice that people of such accomplishment and vision as Steve Willis and Steve Moore recognize and are excited by the potential of our remote services model," said Ted Werth, CEO of PlumChoice. "Their experience and wisdom will be enormously valuable as we continue to grow our business and further push the boundaries of how technology services are delivered."
