Securely set up and configure a new PC
Our popular PC Setup service is a preventive maintenance solution that focuses on security. This online session will be administered by a certified online technician and includes setting up and configuring a secure environment on your new computer.
- Configuring Windows updates
- Configuring Anti-virus software (if available, purchase optional)
- Installing and configuring complimentary Anti-spyware software
- Configuring Windows firewall
- Configuring browser security settings

- This is a flat rate service. Additional services will be billed at our regular rates.
- System requirements: Windows XP and broadband only (currently no online support for Apple Macintosh)
- Accept Terms of Service
- A service appointment fee of $25 will be charged to your credit card at the time of your appointment unless appointment is cancelled a minimum of two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This amount will be credited to your service fees at close of service or converted to minutes and added to your account if the appointment is missed.
- Software, on-site support and PC repair not included. If you have additional computer issues like spyware or virus problems, email problems, a slow PC or similar, support for these issues can be purchased at our regular rates.
