Accept Terms of Service
Twelve (12) month subscription plan. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Credit card will be charged for the first three (3) months of service at $74.85. Therafter, customers will be billed monthly on the first of each month.
Save 5% with annual pre-pay. Customer will be charged $284.43 at outset of plan, saving $14.97.
Subscriptions will automatically renew after the first year on a month-to-month basis. After the first year, customer may cancel at anytime with thirty (3) days written notice.
Anti-virus and anti-spyware software will be installed on customer PC at outset of plan.
What we support – this plan includes support for operating system and software issues for a single PC. Includes support for spyware, viruses, email and security issues. Plan includes support for MP3 players, digital cameras and PDAs.
What we do not support - this plan does not include support for accounting, financial, database, CAD/CAM or similar business software. Support does not include support for a network, routers, modems, printers, scanners or similar peripheral devices. Does not include training, OS reloads or data backup. Support does not include hardware or hardware related issues. Support does not include training. Does not include on-site or drop-off PC support.
