Let our certified online technicians set up and configure your new camera, install software and demonstrate how to make the most of your digital photos! This online session will cover the basics of transferring photos to your PC, photo editing (re-sizing, removing red eye) and using your photos for a slide show, online photo album or simply sharing with friends and family!

• This is a flat rate service. Additional services will be billed at our regular rates.
• System requirements: Windows XP and broadband only, CD-ROM drive and an available USB port
• Accept Terms of Service
• A service appointment fee of $25 will be charged to your credit card at the time of your appointment unless appointment is cancelled a minimum of two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This amount will be credited to your service fees at close of service or converted to minutes and added to your account if the appointment is missed.
