  1. At the time of your appointment, WAIT for the PlumChoice technician to call you first. Please give the technician a 30 minute window to contact you. Do not log on to the Internet until after that call, unless you have a second telephone line to talk with the technician.
  2. After you have talked with your PlumChoice technician, hang up the telephone and log on to http://www.plumchoice.com/online.asp.
  3. Select your technician's login ID from the drop-down box and select the "click here" button.
  4. Wait for a window to pop up that gives you a security warning – asking if you want to proceed. When this happens, click "yes".
  5. Wait for a window to pop up that asks if it is ok to install and run a plug-in called "ecplugin.exe". When it does, click "yes".
  6. A chat link window will open and a second window will pop up asking you to close anything on the screen that you don't want the technician to see. Click "ok".
At this point you should be remotely connected with your technician and you will see either a message in your chat link window, or you will begin to see your cursor move on the screen. You may chat with your technician at any time by typing in the chat link window.
